Introduction to
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
OCN Accredited Level 3, 6 Credits
This course gives an introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy offering
an excellent insight into CBT and its applications.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps transform thinking, and behavioural patterns.
This training will increase your awareness and understanding of the use of CBT Techniques.
Unlike some other therapies which focus on the past causes, CBT concentrates on
the presenting problem in the "here and now" looking at ways to positively enhance

treatments for anxiety and depression and can be as effective as anti-depressants.
The skills that you will learn on this course can be beneficial and integrated within
