Real Skills Hypnotherapy Training

 

Hypnotherapy is a skill, and requires practice. This training is building a Master Skilled Hypnotherapist. 9am to 6pm, with class excercise, workshops and real life practice.

The Diploma of Hypnotherapy is awarded on completion of modules 1 & 2 (twelve days). After seeing 10 clients and completing module 3 (three days) a ‘Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy’ certificate is awarded.

 Giving you a total of 150 hours REAL SKILLS hypnotherapy training. By this time, including class practice sessions, you will have done at least 30 Hypnosis sessions.

 

Every day of the training -

  • Live Demonstrations daily
  • Practice Sessions daily
  • Audio – listen to one 20 minute hypnotherapy session each day by a variety of different Hypnotherapists
  • Video - 40 minutes of Video daily to experience and comment on live demonstrations from a variety of famous Hypnotherapists


This enables trainees to hear and see a variety of different styles and characters at work, affording the trainee a chance to choose a style most suited. Debrief on all topics helps understand competent skills and embed learning structures more naturally.

  • Stress and the effect of Stress on the body
  • The Subconscious/Unconscious mind – Erickson vs. Freud
  • Different types of hypnotherapy – direct, indirect, permissive & authoritarian
  • Progressive relaxation into trance
  • VAKOG
  • Guided Imagery & Visualization
  • Sensory Acuity – how to tell if a client is in trance
  • Suggestibility tests
  • Hypnosis Inductions – 10 different induction techniques

Client arrived with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (P.T.S.D.)
Once your emotional system learns something it will constantly use it again and again linking it with the incident. It seems never to let go or allow you to find space in which to operate with out it interfering in your decision process.
